CORRIGENDUM-01 DATED 13.04.2026
This has reference to the Bid documents published on CPPP on 31st March, 2026 for Construction of Demonstration Housing Project (G+3) for use as Working Women Hostel on Design & Build basis using Emerging technology including on site Infrastructure Works at Villianur, Puducherry under PMAY-U 2.0.
2. During the pre-bid Meeting held on held on 13th April, 2026 at 1500 hrs. in Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council, Core-5A, 1st Floor, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, A agency vide email dated 9th April, 2026 raised some queries / clarifications and one agency participate in the pre-bid meeting and raised few queries / clarification as per annexed attendance sheet. Based on the existing provisions in the bid document, the replies to the queries/clarifications are enclosed herewith as Annexure.
3. Remaining terms and conditions will be the same as mentioned in the Bid document.
