This has reference to the Bid No. BMT/S/2026/DHP-Rajasthan and subsequent Corrigendum-01 for Construction of Demonstration Housing Project (G+3) for use as Social Purpose on Design & Build basis using Emerging technology including on site Infrastructure Works at Alwar, Rajasthan under PMAY-U 2.0 - reg.
2. Now, the last date of submission of Technical and Financial bids is hereby extended from 13th April, 2026 by 1500 hrs to 20th April, 2026 by 1700 hrs on the basis of requests from various prospective bidders. The technical bids will now be opened on 21st April, 2026 at 1700 hrs instead of 14th April, 2026 at 1500 hrs. Therefore, all the participating bidders are requested to upload their bids within the extended stipulated time period.
3. All other terms and conditions will be the same as mentioned in the Bid document uploaded on CPP Portal dated 19th March, 2026 and subsequent Corrigendum-01 dated 6th April, 2026.

This has reference to the Bid documents published on CPPP on 19th March, 2026 for Construction of Demonstration Housing Project (G+3) for use as Social Purpose on Design & Build basis using Emerging technology including on site Infrastructure Works at Alwar, Rajasthan under PMAY-U 2.0.
2. During the pre-bid Meeting held on held on 6th April, 2026 at 1500 hrs. in Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council, Core-5A, 1st Floor, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, 3 agencies participated in the pre-bid and have raised few queries. Based on the existing provisions in the bid document, the replies to the queries/clarifications are enclosed herewith as Annexure.
3. Remaining terms and conditions will be the same as mentioned in the Bid document.
