Extension of date of submission of Technical and Financial Bids from 28.8.2019 to 02.09.2019
It is informed that a new corrigendum regarding ‘Extension of date of submission of technical and financial bids’ for construction of Light House Projects (LHPs) at six selected sites in six States has been published on e-Procurement website for extension of date for submission of technical and financial bids from 20.08.2019 to 28.08.2019.
All the prospective bidders are requested to visit the portal i.e. https://eprocure.gov.in for further details and submit the technical and financial bids within the stipulated time.

Clarification on Corrigendum dated 06.08.2019 regarding Joint Venture/ Consortia of Firms/Companies against Request for Proposal (RFP) published location wise on 06.07.2019
It is with reference to Corrigendum of even No. dated 06.08.2019 regarding RFP issued location wise for construction of LHPs under GHTC-India. In Sl. No. 30, 42, 568 and others, the Ministry has clarified that “On award of work, incorporation of JV / Consortium as separate legal entity as per MoU under the companies act shall have to be done within 30 days of award of work”.
2. Against the Sl. No. 30, 42, 568 and others of said corrigendum, it is now hereby clarified that the terms and conditions for making JV will be as per RFP only and the selected bidders would not be required to form a separate legal entity under the Companies Act.
3. All the prospective bidders are requested to visit the portal i.e. https://eprocure.gov.in for further details and submit the technical and financial bids within the stipulated time.

To avoid any complications while uploading the technical and financial bids on https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app well before the deadline i.e. 20th August, 2019 upto 03:00 PM, all participating agencies for Light House Projects (LHPs) under GHTC-India are requested to carefully go through the terms and conditions mentioned in the RFP document and corrigendum issued on 6th August, 2019 for all LHPs.
