It is indeed an honour & privilege for me to assume the charge of Executive Director, BMTPC. On this occasion, I extend my very warm & intense greetings to the BMTPC family. It is the most gratifying moment of my life as after putting 19 years of hard work for carrying out R & D in the area of Building science & Technology, I have been given the task of leading an organization which actually translates the R & D into real practice for the benefit of society and its large scale application.
Since its inception, BMTPC has been performing par excellence and we will have to keep the momentum going. I am sure that the employees of BMTPC would contribute positively towards its growth and reinforce the Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation in its endeavor of providing affordable housing, basic services to urban poor, cost-effective, environment friendly & disaster resistant construction technologies and dissemination of technical information to the common people of India. Reputation of any leader is always by the people working under and therefore, I solemnly appeal all of you to provide best of your potential with honesty and determination to achieve the objectives of the organization and our Ministry.
Today the world is changing with fast pace and so the demands and pressures are increasing to the organizations. We are constantly expected to deliver more and more. It calls for positive frame of mind, close interaction, sharing the responsibilities, professionalism, grit, determination and team work. I expect all the employees to exercise discipline, punctuality, personal integrity and a sense of belongingness towards the council.
To sum up, I earnestly request my employees to work cohesively as a team in an atmosphere of harmony & faith and contribute constructively for the growth of BMTPC. I once again convey my good wishes to you and your families. May GOD bring prosperity, happiness and joy in the lives of all of you in years to come. Let us prosper together.
